Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Events are confirmed only after the deposit is received and the agreement is signed.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may be subject to partial charges. Date changes are possible but subject to availability.

Travel & Location

Our tap trailer is available throughout Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard area.

Venue Requirements

For trailer rentals, we require level ground and adequate space for setup. Access to power may be needed depending on your service package.

Alcohol Service

All alcohol must be provided by the client. We do not purchase, sell, or supply alcohol directly.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under 21 or visibly intoxicated.

Insurance & Licensing

We are fully insured. Bartenders are certified and trained to provide safe, professional service.

Event Conduct

We aim to bring the party—but we also expect safe, respectful behavior from all guests. Any damage to equipment or disruption to services may result in additional fees.
